The "School Day of Non-violence and Peace", founded in 1964 is a non-governmental, non-official, free and voluntary initiative of Non-violent and Pacifying Education, which is now practiced in schools all over the world and in which schools, teachers, and students of all levels and from all countries are invited to take part.
Next Monday, students from Colegio Americano del Noreste are singing Imagine, by Jonh Lennon, as one of the activities that have been programmed to celebrate this special day.
